A U.S. Navy veteran and former Power Electrical Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jaime combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to community service. She earned her degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and has dedicated her career to advancing sustainable, tribally led energy solutions.

Stephan L. DeNoyer III serves as the Office Assistant for the Rosebud Energy Service Company (RESCO), supporting daily operations, communications, and project coordination. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Stephan helps ensure that RESCO’s renewable energy initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. His commitment to organization and teamwork reflects RESCO’s mission to build a sustainable and self-reliant future for the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.

Community Outreach Director

Leah Running Bear

Leah Running Bear serves as the Community Outreach Director for the Rosebud Energy Service Company (RESCO), leading engagement efforts across the twenty communities of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. She plays a vital role in connecting families, schools, and local programs with RESCO’s renewable energy initiatives. Leah’s work ensures that Tribal members stay informed, involved, and empowered as Rosebud moves toward energy sovereignty and sustainable development guided by Lakota values.
